Global provider of international wholesale connectivity and interoperability services, BICS has announced that it has closed the acquisition of TeleSign, a US based CPaaS company, for $230 million. The acquisition creates the world’s first end- to- end CPaaS provider augmenting one of the world’s largest global carriers with the market leading TeleSign cloud communications platform.
TeleSign will continue as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BICS continuing the leadership of CEO Aled Miles and adds Daniel Kurgan, CEO of BICS as the Chairman of the Board.
