Run by the eighth generation of the family of Clement Chevallier and founded in 1728, Aspall’s quality portfolio includes premium cider, leading specialty vinegars including Aspall Organic Cyber vinegar that uses one of a kind fermentation process that nobody else in the world uses.
Operating from a site in the parish of Aspall, Suffolk from the founder Clement Chevallier himself, Chevallier family will remain part of the business and will play a key role in the strategic decision of Aspall.
Molson Coors is an industry- leading expertise in marketing, distribution and logistics and is ideally positioned to grow the business for Aspall brand in both UK and around the world. Further investing in Aspall’s Suffolk operation, Molson Coors is trying to expand the opportunity of genuinely premium nature of high- quality cider.

With a 10% volume growth in the year 2016, Aspall is surely going to grow with the cider market value growth in the UK by over 25% between 2010 and 2015 and is projected to grow until 2020 according to data from Nielsen2.
