Israel based Mindspace is set to open its UK co-working space that is a little over 30,000 square feet in Whitechapel, London. Spanning two floors, the new location is capable of accommodating 700 members from startups to global enterprises and is scheduled to open in December 2017
This co-working space is expected to have boutique styled offices, meeting rooms and lounges alongside stocked and fully equipped kitchens and members are charged all inclusive membership fees including an ability to access any of its facilities around the globe. The new workspace is within walking distance of the city center and Shoreditch and will be close to Aldgate East tube station. Whitechapel Gallery and Old Spitalfields are also pretty close.
With over 7,500 members across Europe and workspaces that are being used by 2000 businesses, Mindspace operates 13 co- working spaces in locations such as Warsaw, Munich, Berlin, Herzliya and Tel Aviv.
With a worldwide market and employing around 50 employees, Mindspace is tentatively valued between $70 million to $105 million according to StartupDelta. Founded in 2014 in Israel, Mindspace is a rapidly growing provider of shared workspaces and community spaces.
