UK > France based TRIGO acquires 100% of the capital of the UK based Bridge Group

For ensuring its development platform on UK territory in the automotive, aerospace and heavy transportation industries, TRIGO has acquired 100% of the capital of Bridge Group from its founder Neil Endley. The acquisition will also augment TRIGO from the Bridge Group’s proven expertise in supplier turnaround management, training and technical resourcing to further enrich TRIGO’s global supply chain performance service range.

As this is the second TRIGO acquisition in 2017 and the fourth one since the French private equity Ardian started backing up the Group in 2016, TRIGO has been strategically acquiring companies that expand its geographic span and service depth to address its customer supply chain challenges.

According to Benoit Leblanc, EVP Europe, TRIGO:

The founder of Bridge Group and also its general manager also had to say the following about the acquisition:
