SCOTLAND > Televerde expands to European market with Glasgow, headquarter


Arizona based lead-generation firm, Televerde, is in the process of opening its first European headquarters and contact center in Glasgow, Scotland creating 170 new jobs.

Glasgow headquarter will provide international expansion capabilities for Televerde’s current clients while enabling companies located in Europe to accelerate their revenue through demand generation, sales expertise and solutions through Televerde. The company said it has been working closely with Scottish Development International, the international branch of Scotland’s enterprise agencies, that promotes enterprises in Scotland. The investment is also supported by a grant of £670k ($854 thousand) of Regional Selective Assistance (RSA).

The contact center in the European headquarter includes language capabilities in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Scandinavian and Eastern European languages. So out of 170 new jobs 130 are multilingual agent’s openings.

Earlier in Spring of 2015, Televerde also expanded into Latin America with an office in Cordoba, Argentina, which offers teleservices in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
