USA based LCI Industries acquires Sessa Klein for €7.9Mn ($8.5Mn). The deal will close in first half of 2017 after the execution of definitive transaction documents and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Sessa Klein was founded in 1871 and is based in Castronno, Italy.
Sessa Klein manufactures windows for rolling stock. Its product line includes flat and curved windows, cab side hoppers and sliding windows, escape hatches (aluminum and GRP), and special and customized solutions, as well as windows for high speed trains, regional trains, and mass transit and metro trains.
