Roha is set to acquire New Foods Industry S.p.A in Verona, Italy to position themselves in the color sector with synergistic innovative ingredients as New Foods Industry is considered as an expert in dry ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Roha and New Foods merger makes sense because of their similar business philosophies and complementary business segments.
According to Brijesh Tibrewala, Managing Director of Roha Group, the merger of New Foods will bring Roha into the segment of dehydrated natural ingredients and Roha can offer its customers complimentary products around its color market. He added that the demand for natural food products has led to Roha acquiring New Foods as the consumers who are becoming more and more health conscious are moving towards natural ingredients.
