A global information solutions company, Equifax Inc., has announced the creation of 150 new jobs in Dublin over the next 12 months hiring mostly software engineers, business analysts, and other IT specialists. The company is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, US. The new hiring will bring the workforce in Ireland to more than 350. Considered as Atlanta’s leading FinTech firms, Equifax also employs around 100 people at a separate facility in Wexford. The IT Development Centre in Dublin was opened last September.
According to Paul O’Dwyer, IT Development Centre Leader:
“We said last year that we were betting on Dublin to deliver the talent we need, and that bet has paid off significantly. It has been a whirlwind year of rapid growth, and we are now going back into the recruitment market with a further 150 vacancies to fill as part of our continued investment in Ireland.”
