US based professional social networking site LinkedIn is set to provide 200 additional jobs in Dublin. These jobs were part of expansion program that started in 2014 when company announced building a larger new office area.
Though the facility will be ready next year (2017) they are adding new members within various departments – sales and support, customer operations and engineering. The company currently has around 9,732 employees worldwide.
The new office space is said to feature in-house gym, 300 bicycle parking spots, barista stations and a music room.
Since its inception in 2010 with just three employees, the company is now leading technology brand in Ireland. For LinkedIn, Ireland has been base for over 50 markets ranging from the UK, to Poland, Turkey and even South Africa. Its 1000 workforce work across all product lines and support these markets.
