A world leading in providing process automation solutions, Baldwin Technology Company Inc is set to acquire Ahlbrandt System GmbH and the acquisition is pending German government approval.
Ahlbrandt is a top quality Corona Treatment, Spray Coating and Hot Air Drying company. It has 87 members and is headquartered in Lauterbach, Germany. The products and services Ahlbrandt offers complement Baldwin’s product and service portfolios. Baldwin also will benefit from Ahlbrandt’s textile and film industries expertise and industry leading technology in the mentioned industries.
