According to Bangladesh Bank, the 10 companies that contributed to US$ 199 Million inbound investment in Bangladesh are:
1) Chevron (Gas & Petroleum) US$ 42.76 Million
2) Gramophone (Telecommunication) US$ 39.88 Million
3) YKK Bangladesh (Manufacturing) US$ 25.48 Million
4) Standard Chartered Bank (Financial Services) US$ 25.35 Million
5) British American Tobacco (Food) US$ 17.37 Million
6) HSBC (Financial Services) US$ 14.06 Million
7) Young One (CEPZ)Ltd (Textile) US$ 12.60 Million
8) Berger Paints (Chemical) US$ 7.42 Million
9) Orascom Telecom (Telecommunication) US$ 7.26 Million
10) Nestle (Food) US$ 6.89 Million
Bangladesh received a total inbound FDI of US$ 410.68 Million
